Delivery

Hygiecatch is currently only available in the UK and deliveries are sent via a variety of delivery services dependant on size and volume of order. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hours, however, please allow between 3-7 working days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.

Returns Policy

You may return unused products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods, or an exchange if preferred. We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that these return guidelines only apply to product purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, customers should contact Hygiecatch Customer Services within 7 days of receipt to report the problem. Customers will be sent a replacement product if goods are damaged or defective. Customers requesting a refund, rather than a replacement product, will be required to return the damaged or faulty item. Return postage will be refunded. Once the item has been returned to us we will issue a full refund including any original delivery costs.
